Umesh Shrestha is a Nepali politician and businessman, currently serving in the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Minister in Nepal. He served as the State Minister for Health and Population in Nepal. He is also a member of the House of Representatives. In the 2017 Nepalese general election he was elected as a proportional representative from Indigenous peoples category from the Nepali Congress.
